FarmaDigit Solutions Terms and Conditions of Use
General Information
These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between an individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and BDEV S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), Tax ID CUIT 30-71061587-6, with registered address at Italia 415, 1st Floor, Vicente López, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina, for the purpose of regulating the use of the FarmaDigit application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), a technological development owned by the Company.
The Company provides this Application, including all information, tools, and services available for its proper use. Access to and/or use of the Application by the User is conditioned upon acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated herein.
Before accessing or using the Application, the User must read these Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using the Application, the User accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.
If the User does not agree, in whole or in part, with these Terms and Conditions, they must refrain from accessing the Application or using any of its services.

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions through publications on the aforementioned website, with proper notification of such changes. Continued use of the Application will constitute acceptance of any modifications made.

The Application is intended for pharmacies operating in the Republic of Argentina and allows Users to register, in the cloud, the movement of psychotropic drugs and narcotics, as well as issue the corresponding records when required by the competent authority.
The Application complies with Articles 9, 10, and 40 of Argentine Law 17.565, as amended by Emergency Decree 70/2023, regarding the digital preservation of prescriptions and records related to psychotropic and narcotic drug dispensing.
The Application also guarantees the immutability of records through blockchain technology and stores information on infrastructure managed under ISO 27001 standards.
