Welcoming Jamie Moss and Glenn Abood to Verifarma’s Board of Directors
We are pleased to announce the formation of Verifarma’s new Board of Directors, composed of the company’s co-founders, the MTIP team, and two leaders from the global pharmaceutical industry with direct experience in serialization, eQMS, M&A, and the scaling of pharma technology companies.
The Board consists of co-founders Santiago A. Spector Mentasti and Ignacio Los Daneri, alongside Marton Kenessey and Tim Schneider representing MTIP. Joining them are two independent board members with outstanding track records in the global pharmaceutical industry:
Jamie Moss, Executive Chair of TRI Trials and former C-Suite executive at leading pharma services companies such as Calyx and CRF Health (now Signant Health). With robust experience in scaling, M&A, and private equity-backed pharma technology and services companies, Jamie steps in as Chairman of the Board.
Glenn Abood, founder and former CEO of rfxcel—one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical track-and-trace platforms, acquired by Antares Vision Group in 2021. Glenn brings unique expertise in serialization, traceability, and regulatory compliance within global pharmaceutical supply chains, which are core areas of Verifarma’s mission.

This new structure reflects Verifarma's current momentum: a 16-year track record, a presence in 26 countries, and more than 2,000 clients, as it moves toward a new phase of international scaling with the strategic backing of MTIP and a top-tier leadership team.
